[Remote] Senior Technical Program Manager – GPU Infrastructure

Nscale is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large, complex programs across multiple teams and systems within GPU infrastructure. The role involves shaping strategy, influencing technical direction, and scaling the delivery of infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent, high-impact programs across GPU infrastructure domains
- Define program strategy, scope, and success metrics aligned with company goals
- Drive cross-organizational alignment on complex initiatives (e.g., dynamic power throttling, fleet-wide provisioning, observability)
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to guide technical decisions
- Identify and resolve systemic risks and bottlenecks across programs
- Establish and improve program management frameworks and best practices
Skills
- 6–10+ years of experience in technical program management
- Strong background in infrastructure, distributed systems, or hardware/software systems
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations
- Excellent structured thinking, communication, and execution skills
