[Remote] Human Resources Information System Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to provide temporary support for its HR systems team. This role involves supporting HR technology operations, reporting, system maintenance, and employee lifecycle processes while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Dayforce HRIS functionality, workflows, and system configurations
- Support onboarding processes, electronic documentation, employee acknowledgments, and policy management
- Create, modify, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data queries
- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide support to internal users
- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of system updates and enhancements
- Partner with HR teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Support HR system integrations and vendor-related projects
- Participate in special projects and other HR technology initiatives as assigned
Skills
- 3+ years of HRIS Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) is required
- Experience supporting HR systems administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong reporting, auditing, and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities preferred
