[Remote] Program Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FWI (FedWriters, Inc.) is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to serve as a technical lead supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The role involves managing and ensuring the accuracy of real property data systems, advising government staff on data compliance, and maintaining system access and roles.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical focal point and lead for the assigned real property system of record (GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, GIS, or others assigned by task order)
  • Collect, create, enter, analyze, edit, maintain, and report data within the assigned system of record
  • Review data against audit regulations and support audit readiness and compliance
  • Perform data quality checks and validate records for accuracy
  • Advise Government staff on data relationships across real property IT systems and how they affect audit compliance and space planning
  • Obtain and maintain required system access and roles (for GFEBS, the five named roles)

Skills

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the DoD real property systems of record we support — GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, or GIS — including their underlying modules
  • Experience must be recent — gained within the last 2 years, with the past 12 months preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • GFEBS support: This role requires specific GFEBS system access permissions ('roles'). You should already hold — or be able to obtain — the following GFEBS roles: Real Property Viewer, Real Property Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, Business Intelligence Plant, and Property and Equipment Reporter
  • Experience gained within the last 12 months preferred
  • Candidates who already hold these GFEBS roles are preferred, since provisioning new access can take time
