[Remote] Senior AI Solutions Engineer - Brazil (bi-lingual English/Portuguese)

As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will design and optimize AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with various teams to ensure technical excellence and deliver business value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer goals and design tailored solutions using Inbenta’s AI platform
- Deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts, showcasing Inbenta’s AI products and tools
- Lead technical discovery sessions and present architecture recommendations
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows
- Deploy and configure Inbenta products
- Collaborate with customer teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live
- Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting post-deployment
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer technical teams, ensuring long-term success
- Work closely with Product teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap decisions
- Document technical processes and share best practices internally and with clients
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or AI/NLP environments
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture
- Hands-on experience with solution design, integration, and deployment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a passion for customer success and team development
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, or chatbot technologies is a strong plus
