[Remote] Program Manager

They are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead mission-critical federal programs, managing contractual commitments and ensuring compliance with industry standards while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders (COR/COTR) and ensure contract compliance
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reviews and executive briefings
- Manage CDRL deliverables, including reports, transition plans, and security documentation
- Drive Agile practices: sprint planning, backlog management, velocity tracking, and retrospectives
- Maintain staffing plans, handle personnel changes, and oversee subcontractor performance
- Manage and maintain an integrated risk register with timely escalation and mitigation
- Ensure adherence to ISO, CMMI, and organizational compliance standards
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement corrective actions when required
Skills
- Must possess an active secret clearance
- Strong program and project management experience, preferably in federal/DoD environments
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog management, velocity tracking)
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and performance metrics
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
- Knowledge of security and compliance tools (eMASS, STIGs, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, and CMMI Level 3 standards
- Experience with Service Summary (SS-1 to SS-23) metrics and SLA tracking
- Ability to drive data-driven decision-making and reporting
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I or II (Security+, CAP, or equivalent)
- SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
