They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives, enhance market presence, and secure new partnerships in the fertility and personal care sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while ensuring profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product visibility and effectiveness in the market
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market competitors
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the health, wellness, or consumer products sectors
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales pipelines
- A strong work ethic with a focus on results and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
