[Remote] Partner Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hypatos is redefining enterprise work by deploying LLM-powered AI Agents into the heart of business operations. They are seeking a Partner Account Manager to own and scale strategic consulting and professional services partnerships, driving go-to-market strategies and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic consulting and transformation partners
- Build and execute joint business plans with partners, focused on pipeline, revenue, and co-sell motion
- Develop trusted relationships with senior and executive-level partner stakeholders
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals end-to-end together with sales teams
- Enable partner sales and delivery teams to position and implement Hypatos solutions
- Represent Hypatos in executive discussions, webinars, and joint market-facing activities
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to remove blockers and accelerate deals
- Continuously improve partner performance through data, forecasting, and structured business reviews
Skills
- Experience in partner management, alliances, or enterprise sales, ideally with Big Four or consulting / professional services firms
- Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Ability to drive revenue through indirect / partner-led motions
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset -- comfortable owning both strategy and detail
- Strong ability to influence without authority across complex organizations
- High learning agility with the ability to quickly understand and position enterprise SaaS / AI solutions
- Experience working with CRM and performance tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Familiarity with finance transformation, automation, or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus
