Position Overview

As a Data Entry & Digital Analytics Specialist at arenaflex, you will play an important role in supporting our global YARD team (Analytics, Research, and Data). You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various digital and social media platforms, helping our leadership team make informed, data-driven decisions. Your work will directly contribute to the success of major arenaflex brands, including our news, finance, sports, search, and email platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data records across arenaflex digital and social media platforms.
• Analyze and interpret social media metrics from platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Generate regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management, including the CMO and GM-level stakeholders.
• Monitor arenaflex social channels to identify relevant conversations, brand mentions, and audience sentiment.
• Collaborate with research, analytics, and data science teams to support broader strategic initiatives.
• Use social listening tools to identify trending topics, audience preferences, and competitive benchmarks.
• Assist in maintaining dynamic data visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Partner with social media strategists, brand managers, and community managers to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct competitive analysis using third-party tools to inform broader audience and business strategies.
• Support the development and refinement of arenaflex social media reporting frameworks.

Essential Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (all majors welcome, though degrees in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, Business, or Information Systems are a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their unique metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
