Position Overview

Job Title: Virtual Customer Service Associate

Job Type: Seasonal (Contractual)

Location: Work from home in Maharashtra – Tier B City limits only (Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolhapur, and Sangli are eligible for this opportunity)

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday through Sunday, within operating hours (including early mornings, late evenings, overnight, weekends, and overtime as required)

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them through phone, chat, and email channels. Whether it’s answering questions about orders, helping with product enquiries, resolving payment concerns, or providing clear website guidance, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful presence that customers remember.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to handle a wide variety of customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their requests promptly and courteously through phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, prevent potential issues before they escalate, and creatively solve problems using a variety of internal tools, systems, and resources.
  • Order and Product Support: Assist customers with order-related queries, product information, shipping details, returns, exchanges, and general product guidance.
  • Payment Assistance: Handle payment-related matters with accuracy, security awareness, and a customer-first approach.
  • Website Navigation Help: Guide customers through the website, helping them find what they need and making their online experience as smooth as possible.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Comfortably switch between different communication channels while maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Research and Review: Navigate multiple systems, research customer accounts and issues, and review solutions before communicating with customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issue resolutions, and relevant information in our CRM systems.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow arenaflex’s customer service policies, procedures, and guidelines while exercising sound judgment in unique situations.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Age: Minimum 18 years old
  • Work Authorisation: Must have the legal right to work in India
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency required)
  • Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, overnight, weekends, and overtime as business needs require
  • Dedicated Workspace: Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office space with a desk and chair
  • Technical Requirements: A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wired ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted for this role)
  • Identity Verification: Willingness to participate in video and audio recording during interview stages and employment for proctoring and identity verification purposes; must be able to present a government-issued photo ID (excluding Aadhaar card) during interviews and on the first day of employment
