You will be provided with a complete onboarding experience, including scripts, training, and ongoing support, so prior experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will represent one of our partnered creators in real-time conversations with their audience members. Your primary mission is to deliver excellent customer experiences, build rapport, and contribute to the creator's overall engagement and revenue goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to Live Chat Messages: Managing and replying promptly to incoming messages on the creator's website chat and associated social media accounts, maintaining a friendly, conversational, and brand-consistent tone at all times.
  • Answering Frequently Asked Questions: Using the provided FAQ guides, scripts, and training materials to address the most common queries from fans, followers, and prospective customers in a clear and accurate manner.
  • Providing Sales Links: Sharing approved promotional links, subscription pages, and product offerings with interested users in a natural, non-pushy way that enhances their experience.
  • Offering Discounts and Promotions: Communicating active discount codes, special offers, and limited-time promotions as directed by the creator and the arenaflex engagement team.
  • Maintaining Brand Voice: Following detailed brand guidelines to ensure every response reflects the personality, tone, and values of the creator you are representing.
  • Following Provided Steps and Protocols: Carefully adhering to the procedures, conversation flows, and compliance guidelines provided during training and updated by the team.
  • Tracking Engagement Metrics: Logging key interactions and reporting weekly performance summaries so the creator and arenaflex can continuously improve audience engagement strategies.
  • Handling Sensitive Conversations with Discretion: Managing all chats with professionalism, empathy, and respect, while maintaining appropriate boundaries at all times.
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex Team: Communicating with team leads and fellow chatters to share feedback, ask questions, and stay aligned on best practices.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
