Graphic Designer Europe Regional Creative Hub Nord Anglia Education | Remote | Europe AT A GLANCE Salary: Competitive Contract: Permanent, full-time (remote) Location: Remote, Europe Reporting to: Europe Marketing Manager About the Creative Hub Nord Anglia Education is a leading global family of premium schools, educating over 80,000 students across more than 80 schools worldwide. The Europe Regional Creative Hub is a shared creative service built to support Nord Anglia schools across Europe, bringing together design, video and campaign development to deliver high-quality content at scale. The Creative Hub works for speed, consistency and quality, helping schools drive enquiries and engagement through compelling visual content. You will be joining a small, focused team that cares about craft and output in equal measure. The Role As a Graphic Designer in the Creative Hub, you will create visual content that powers marketing campaigns and communications for Nord Anglia schools across Europe. Working alongside the Creative Lead and Video Editor, you will translate concepts into visually strong, scalable creative work across a range of digital and print formats. You will: Develop visual assets for campaigns across social media, paid digital, web, print and offline formats. Translate creative concepts into polished outputs across multiple formats and markets. Create and adapt social media and ad creatives for different audiences. Support the development of visual systems and templates that can scale across schools. Ensure consistency and quality in line with brand guidelines across all deliverables. Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Video Editor to bring ideas to life. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different schools and projects simultaneously. What We Are Looking For Essential: 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation. A strong eye for design, layout and visual storytelling. Good working knowledge of social media content and digital formats. Ability to balance creative quality with speed and efficiency. Comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting visual styles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Good communication skills and working proficiency in English. Personal attributes: Strong visual judgement and close attention to detail. Collaborative and at ease working within a creative team. Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities effectively. Curious and motivated to keep growing as a designer.
