Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from existing and prospective customers, providing clear, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance regarding installations, service changes, disconnections, and general inquiries.
  • Build trust and loyalty by actively listening, diagnosing issues, and leveraging deep product knowledge to resolve concerns and retain customers.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, presenting arenaflex’s portfolio of services—including broadband, mobile, cloud, security, IoT, and entertainment—to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes, service interruptions, rate adjustments, and policy questions with accuracy and empathy.
  • Validate service orders for completeness and correctness, making real‑time updates and corrections as needed.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and collect overdue balances while maintaining a respectful, solution‑focused approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—technical support, billing, and retention—to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent customer experiences.
  • Maintain proficiency with multiple CRM and ticketing systems, documenting interactions precisely and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional unscheduled shifts, to align with business demands.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment, preferably within telecommunications or related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with a consultative approach to customer engagement.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in plain language.

  • Eligibility to work within a 75‑mile radius of the designated reporting location for the duration of the contract.

  • Previous experience in collections or debt recovery, with a track record of achieving collection targets while preserving customer goodwill.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex’s product suite—broadband, mobile, cloud services, security solutions, and video entertainment.
  • Certification or training in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, or Solution Selling).
  • Experience working remotely, demonstrating self‑discipline, time‑management, and effective virtual collaboration.
  • Multilingual abilities that enable service to a diverse customer base.
