Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for

  • Responding to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants
  • Assisting with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using various computer programs and systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
