Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy to students in a school setting, addressing a range of mental health issues.
- * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive environments for students.
- * Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on students’ needs.
- * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- * Stay updated on best practices in school-based counseling and mental health resources.
- Required Qualifications
- Current LCSW license in California.
- * Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
