Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to both internal and external customers via phone, chat, and in‑person interactions.
  • Process ticket sales, refunds, vouchers, and other payment transactions while maintaining strict adherence to cash‑handling procedures.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s modern reservation system to check‑in passengers, manage baggage, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to oversold flights, delayed or cancelled itineraries, lost or damaged luggage, and other service disruptions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of flight schedules, fare rules, and arenaflex policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document and submit incident reports, complaints, and escalation forms in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other airport departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless passenger journey.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, role‑playing scenarios, and performance evaluations to continuously improve service quality.
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with airport regulations.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage up to 70 lb, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods while maintaining a professional appearance.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • U.S. citizenship or valid authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to type at a speed sufficient for real‑time data entry (approximately 40+ wpm).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures, learn new software systems quickly, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items up to 70 lb repeatedly and to navigate stairs and elevated platforms safely.

  • Familiarity with reservation or ticketing platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or similar).
  • Experience handling cash, credit card, and voucher transactions.
