Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Customer Engagement: Partner with technical sales teams across North America to identify, qualify, and nurture business opportunities that align with arenaflex’s data analytics portfolio.
• Technical Advocacy: Serve as the subject‑matter expert on data analytics, guiding prospective and existing customers through the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and transformation to storage, governance, and visualization.
• Solution Architecture: Conduct comprehensive technical discovery sessions, translate business requirements into robust cloud architectures, and design scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions on arenaflex Cloud.
• Proof‑of‑Concept Leadership: Lead proof‑of‑concept (POC) initiatives, develop prototypes, and demonstrate the tangible value of arenaflex’s analytics services to address real‑world challenges.
• Technical Enablement: Deliver compelling presentations, whiteboard sessions, product demos, and written briefings that articulate the arenaflex Cloud value proposition to both technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Collaboration with Product Management: Provide direct feedback from customers to influence product roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and remove blockers that impede data migration or analytics adoption.
• Bid Support & Proposal Development: Contribute to bid responses, RFI/RFP processes, and solution briefings, ensuring that arenaflex’s offerings are positioned competitively against market alternatives.
• Continuous Learning & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends in big data, cloud-native architectures, and industry‑specific analytics use cases, sharing insights with internal teams and the broader arenaflex community.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of hands‑on experience designing, implementing, or supporting cloud‑native architectures in a customer‑facing or technical support role.
• Proven ability to engage with technical stakeholders and executive leaders, delivering clear, persuasive presentations and technical briefings.
• Solid foundation in Big Data technologies and concepts, including data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, governance, migrations, SQL/NoSQL databases, and performance or scalability optimizations for batch and streaming workloads.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or consulting within cloud computing, data analytics, or Big Data domains.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecture design, schema modeling, query optimization, and tuning of distributed, high‑volume data systems.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, storage, platform services, and the competitive dynamics of the cloud market.
• Hands‑on experience building data warehouses, data lakes, real‑time event processing pipelines, and data visualization solutions on cloud‑native platforms.
• Ability to dissect complex customer requirements, translate them into actionable technical designs, and articulate those designs in a clear, business‑focused manner.
