Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing a steady volume of approximately 330 documents on a recurring basis. For each document, you will be expected to identify, extract, and accurately record 12 specific attributes — including, but not limited to, contract type, effective date, and other key legal identifiers. The information you capture will be entered into a designated worksheet with absolute precision, supporting our Legal team in maintaining comprehensive and reliable records.

This is a contract position with full-time hours, offering the stability of consistent workload combined with the flexibility of remote work. The pay rate ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, commensurate with your experience, skill level, and demonstrated accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve, review, and process approximately 330 documents per cycle, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout.
  • Identify and extract 12 specific attributes from each document, including contract type, effective date, and other predefined data fields as outlined in project guidelines.
  • Accurately input extracted data into the designated worksheet or data management system, ensuring consistency, completeness, and compliance with formatting standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal team to clarify any ambiguous or incomplete information, fostering clear communication and timely resolution of data-related questions.
  • Conduct quality control checks on your own work to identify and correct any discrepancies before final submission.
