iOS / Swift / Node Engineer
Duration: 6+ Months Location: 100% Remote We are seeking a highly motivated iOS/Swift/Node Developer with a strong builder mindset and the ability to rapidly deliver high-quality solutions using AI-assisted coding tools and modern software engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Swift, iOS development, and Node.js, along with hands-on experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as Claude, Codex, and similar tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and optimize delivery timelines. This role requires a pragmatic engineer who can translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable applications while embracing AI-driven development workflows. Required:
- Strong experience in Swift and native iOS application development.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and backend API development.
- Proven ability to effectively direct and leverage AI coding assistants such as Claude or Codex.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party service integrations.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance iOS applications using Swift.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex,) to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
- Develop scalable RESTful APIs and integrate mobile applications with backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Stay current with emerging AI-assisted development techniques, mobile technologies, and engineering best practices.
