About arenaflex and the Opportunity

Imagine a career where every phone call you make and every conversation you have helps keep America’s dealerships running smoothly. At arenaflex, we partner with automotive dealers across the country to deliver world-class customer support that keeps vehicles moving from factory floors to family driveways. We are a forward-thinking, people-first organization that believes exceptional service starts with exceptional people — and that’s where you come in.

We are currently hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist – Automotive Dealer Support to join our growing Texas-based remote team. In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for dealership personnel, helping them navigate everything from vehicle orders to warranty questions, shipment tracking, and account inquiries. If you love problem-solving, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry without leaving home, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The automotive world is evolving rapidly, with electric vehicles, connected car technology, and digital ordering platforms reshaping how dealers do business. arenaflex sits at the intersection of that transformation, providing the support infrastructure dealers rely on every single day. As a member of our team, you will not just answer phones — you will become a knowledgeable partner to the dealerships you serve, helping them succeed in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will handle a dynamic mix of inbound and outbound communications, providing high-quality support to automotive dealership staff. Your day will be varied, engaging, and impactful. Below is a detailed look at what your role will entail:

  • Dealer-Focused Phone Support: Serve as the primary phone-based contact for automotive dealership representatives, delivering courteous, accurate, and timely assistance on a wide range of topics.
  • Profile and Account Assistance: Research and resolve questions related to dealer profiles, account settings, and administrative needs, ensuring dealerships have the information they need to operate efficiently.
  • Vehicle Order Management: Assist dealerships with placing, modifying, and tracking vehicle orders, helping them navigate ordering systems and processes with confidence.
  • Shipment Tracking and Logistics Coordination: Monitor vehicle shipments, provide real-time updates to dealers, and proactively communicate any delays or changes to expected delivery timelines.
  • Warranty Support: Help dealership personnel understand warranty coverage, initiate warranty assistance requests, and guide them through the claims process when needed.
  • Escalation of Critical Issues: Identify high-priority or time-sensitive situations and escalate them promptly to the appropriate teams, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and every critical order is processed on time.
  • Positive Communication Standards: Maintain a consistently professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone across all customer interactions, even during challenging conversations.
  • Documentation and Accuracy: Accurately log all interactions, updates, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) systems to support team-wide visibility and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on automotive products, dealer programs, and internal process changes by participating in regular training sessions and team development opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center support, account management, client services, or similar positions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, type accurately and efficiently, and comfortably handle phone-based communications.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated capability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Reliable availability to work scheduled shifts within the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (with occasional flexibility as business needs require).
  • Home Office Setup: A quiet, dedicated workspace, reliable high-speed internet connection, and the ability to work comfortably from home in Texas.

  • Empathy and Patience: The ability to remain calm and supportive when customers are frustrated or confused.
