Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager – End‑to‑End Digital Customer Experience will join arenaflex’s E2E Product Management team, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products that touch every stage of the customer lifecycle. This is a fully remote (or hybrid) role, open to candidates across the United States, with a preference for those near major hubs such as San Diego, CA or Acton, MA. You will partner with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and operations—to define a compelling product roadmap, prioritize a dynamic backlog, and deliver high‑impact releases that accelerate growth and deepen customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Insight & Market Analysis: Cultivate a deep, data‑backed understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities to inform product direction.
  • Vision & Roadmap Leadership: Articulate a clear, inspiring product vision and own the integrated roadmap that aligns with both enterprise‑wide and franchise‑level objectives.
  • Release Planning & Value Delivery: Define release targets, scope, and value propositions; drive cadence of new innovations while maximizing return on investment.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow product managers to establish best‑practice processes for product management and product ownership across arenaflex.
  • Franchise Alignment: Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap dovetails with broader corporate strategies and franchise priorities.
  • Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Sr. Product Manager and business partners to prioritize features, refine user stories, and maintain a healthy, well‑groomed backlog.
  • Customer Journey Integration: Team up with the Product Marketing Manager to map the arenaflex customer journey, influencing launch strategies and operational processes.
  • Process Flow Design: Develop clear process flows that illustrate operational impacts of new or enhanced capabilities, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization.
  • Feature Definition & Success Metrics: Write detailed feature specifications, acceptance criteria, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and measurable success metrics.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with technical architects to obtain high‑level effort estimates (t‑shirt sizing) and solution designs, guaranteeing consistency across delivery teams.
  • Integrity & Quality Assurance: Safeguard the conceptual and technical integrity of features throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Release Timeline Input: Provide realistic input on release schedules and explore alternative pathways to meet timing constraints.
  • Scope Trade‑off Management: Lead rigorous trade‑off evaluations to balance scope, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Usability & Voice of the Customer: Participate in usability studies, championing the customer’s voice and translating feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Business Case Development: Support the Sr. Product Manager in building robust business cases—both cost and value—for new opportunities and product enhancements.
  • Escalation Point for Product Owners: Serve as the first escalation contact for product owners, addressing questions on feature refinement, solution options, and sprint trade‑offs.

Leadership Expectations

  • Inspirational Visionary: Lead with an enterprise mindset, challenging the status quo and rallying the organization around a compelling, strategic vision.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate high EQ, fostering trust, collaboration, and resilience as teams navigate change.
  • High‑Performance Team Builder: Empower cross‑functional teams, drive accountability, and nurture a culture of customer centricity and continuous improvement.
  • Influence Without Authority: Leverage strong influencing skills to guide global teams, negotiate trade‑offs, and achieve outcomes that maximize value.
