Position Overview

The Customer Service Associate role is the front line of arenaflex’s guest‑centric philosophy. You will greet, educate, and delight every visitor, while promoting our premium membership and single‑wash packages. Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Accurately process payments, handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions with confidence.
• Vehicle Handling: Safely load vehicles onto the conveyor system, following arenaflex’s standard operating procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections to guarantee every vehicle leaves the tunnel spotless; conduct spot‑cleaning as needed.
• Site Maintenance: Execute after‑hours cleaning duties, including tunnel equipment, floors, walls, pits, vacuum areas, and customer queuing zones.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Uphold arenaflex’s safety protocols, maintain a tidy work environment, and wear the prescribed uniform and grooming standards.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and fellow associates, offering assistance and sharing insights to improve operations.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Prior exposure to car‑wash, retail, or hospitality environments is advantageous but not mandatory; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
