Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures that support arenaflex’s applications, customers, partners, and vendors.
- Provide Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 remote technical support for firewall devices, VPN concentrators, and related security appliances.
- Perform routine site inspections, inventory audits, and configuration management to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, incidents, and vulnerability findings across on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with arenaflex’s Business Units to develop and enforce firewall policies, access control rules, and segmentation strategies.
- Support enterprise remote‑access clients, integrating advanced technologies such as Application ID and Client ID for granular user authentication.
- Assist with airport‑specific network deployments, including mobile network configuration, NetMotion solutions, and hardware/software maintenance.
- Document all changes, incidents, and procedures to maintain accurate, auditable records for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Participate in capacity‑planning and infrastructure upgrade projects, providing security input for data‑center and remote‑site designs.
- Serve as an escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in network security engineering or a comparable role.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, and firewall technologies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI‑DSS.
- Experience managing both on‑premises and cloud‑based server infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
