Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist & IT Business Analyst to join arenaflex’s IT Offices Group. In this dual‑role, you will provide critical data entry support while also acting as a business analyst for our infrastructure projects. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of arenaflex’s server farms, remote communication rooms, and laboratory environments. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $27, a full‑time schedule of 8 hours per day, and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks related to IT asset inventories, project documentation, and compliance records.
  • Maintain and update the central IT configuration management database (CMDB) for server farms, remote communication rooms, and lab equipment.
  • Assist in the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure upgrades, including power, cooling, and space optimization projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met, negotiate cost‑effective solutions, and track service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide remote support for hardware incidents, ticket remediation, and preventive maintenance across all IT environments.

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure components such as UPS, HVAC, fire suppression, and cabling systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL‑based change management and incident handling processes.
