Your role will be critical to the success of our product development lifecycle, bridging the gap between product strategy and execution. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product and tech teams operate efficiently, deliver high-quality products on time, and continuously improve our processes. The candidate will need to possess a strong intellect and have a proven track record of influencing with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and working with a senior management team. General Responsibilities:

• Champion and implement best practices for product development, including agile methodologies, release management, product definition and development, monitoring, testing, bug/incident management, etc.
• Create systems and standards to scale how product managers set strategy, prioritize, and iterate on their products
• Support the product team in developing and maintaining documentation, tools, and templates that facilitate efficient product delivery
• Analyze product performance data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product strategy
• Facilitate key team-wide PI/agile ceremonies and manage JIRA portfolio data quality/reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders (e.g. product, tech, legal, risk, compliance) to encourage continuous evolution in our product delivery processes in light of health & monitoring trends
• Promote a culture anchored in data, used to instrument products, validate outcomes, drive insights, and manage the business
• Ensure projects are being delivered on time and on budget within a challenging environment while simultaneously managing risk
• Effectively advocate for and represent the voice of customers (internal and external) to influence organizational objectives, roadmaps and the overall customer experience
• Build credibility and trust within the team, with our customers, and with our stakeholders
• Manage and support risk issues discovery and remediation resolutions
• Engage with project team members to enable clarity of goal; conduct on-going reviews to ensure outcome is on track to meet needs The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and product management principles
• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and effectively communicate with engineering teams
• Proven ability to establish and optimize operational processes and workflows
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to improve product operations and delivery
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive business outcomes
• Track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
• Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner across teams to assist in driving the business agenda
