As a key member of the Flight Operations Preparing Booking team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight activities. This part-time remote job opportunity offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and record-keeping of FAA-managed pilot training and assessment, working closely with the Flight Operations team to identify training needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Overview As a Virtual Remote Coordinator, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs. You will be responsible for coordinating pilot ground school, simulator training/assessment, and practical experience in the A320 aircraft. Your duties will include scheduling, tracking, and reporting new and redesign pilots to meet flight qualifications and FAA regulations. You will also provide administrative support to the Flight Operations Preparing Initiative team and assist with various departmental operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan pilot ground school, test system preparing/assessment, and functional involvement with the A320 airplane Schedule, track, and report new and redesign pilots to meet flight capabilities and FAA guidelines Assist Boss, FOTS in booking and following Working Experience (OE) for Recently added team members and Redesign Pilots Ensure all SIM meetings are reserved precisely and coordinate with Airbus to hinder SIM time as per month-to-month planning needs Monitor wiped out calls for impending Intermittent Preparation, Beginning Preparation, Teacher/Check Aviators Preparing, reschedule those required, and fill spaces that become open Input and maintain team capability records as well as document ongoing preparing records; draft monthly preparing reports Coordinate monthly Pilot offers and help with handling Monthly Open Time for Teachers Process Daily Open Time for Teachers Handle or potentially field incoming calls for planning and division management Work directly with Team Planning, Ground Preparing, LOA, and different offices to guarantee all Pilots are completely qualified and ready to work booked movement Be the overseer for Flight Tasks Site incorporates posting relevant activities data, notices, and consistence with ALPA required documentation Relate with FAA, ALPA, and different associations as required Maintain division library including time-sensitive corrections and required working structures Use numerous and changed programming frameworks to finish relegated responsibilities Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience High School certificate required Minimum 2 years of office organization experience Excellent working knowledge of Government Avionics Regulations Essential comprehension of flight team capabilities and Pilot CBA Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and prevail under tension Excellent use of MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel Ability to communicate clearly as well as draft communication in a clear and succinct way Ability to establish a good rapport with internal clients and vendors Good phone, administrative, and record-keeping abilities Ability to act professionally with a diverse work group Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Functional experience with the Saber CrewQual, CrewTrac, and MINT Program Previous airline training or Team Planning experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Frontier Airlines, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
