We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce AMS Developer to serve as a technical architect and strategic partner in evolving our clients' ecosystems. Sitting at the heart of our Operational Excellence team, you will bridge the gap between design and execution—driving quality, mentoring talent, and ensuring scalable, secure integrations. If you are ready to take the lead on the broader technical vision beyond basic support, your next big impact starts here. Your tasks 1. Technical Solution Design & Engineering Architect robust solutions for complex problems, leading the design and implementation of advanced custom developments and critical ERP integrations to meet long-term goals. 2. Client Consultancy & Advisory Advise clients through technical workshops, translating architectural concepts into business language and performing system Health Checks to mitigate risks. 3. DevOps & Release Strategy Oversee release management via CI/CD pipelines, coordinating schedules with stakeholders to ensure seamless, zero-downtime updates. 4. Quality Assurance & Best Practices Ensure code quality by defining standards, leading peer reviews, and guaranteeing secure, maintainable deployments.
Requirements
Advanced Technical Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with Apex, LWC, Flows, security, and REST/SOAP enterprise integrations. DevOps & Methodology: Skilled in Git, CI/CD, and professional release management. Communication: Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset. Analytical Problem Solving: Expert in root-cause diagnosis, reverse engineering, and production bug resolution. Ownership Mindset: Highly client-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Independent Execution: Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results effectively. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
