YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS To strengthen our growing consulting team in Bangalore, we are looking for a Senior Consultant– Data Analytics who is excited to tackle real-world supply chain challenges. If the following responsibilities sound like you, we’d love to get to know you: Bridge the gap between supply chain business requirements and analytics solutions. Support in designing technical concepts and developing tailored solutions using our assets. Create data requests to gather relevant supply chain data and support in setting up data integration processes. Implement solutions at our clients’ sites in areas such as supply chain transparency, inventory management, supplyplanningand demand forecasting. Preparation and transformation of supply chain data, including data integration, cleansing, applying business logic, and adapting our existing scripts/model templates. Build large scale supply chain control tower systems to enable transparency and provide decision support using data analytics Validate implemented solutions in collaboration with project teams and client stakeholders. Collaborate with our data engineering team to build efficient data pipelines. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical assets, including scripts, logics, and models. YOUR PROFILE You’re passionate about success in a professional consulting environment and thrive on working with innovative teams and European clients. You’re ready to revolutionize supply chains with cutting-edge digital solutions if you identify with the following: 5 to 8 Years of experience in data analytics domain with focus on supply chain management. Experience in client facing roles would be preferred. Bachelors / master's degree in technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related field with focus on Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or AI/ML. Strong analytical and structured thinking with a high willingness to learn. Hands on working experience with supply chain data sources like ERP systems, MRP tools, Inventory management software, sales, warehousing and TMS systems Understanding of supply chain master/transactional data and related dependencies. Hands-on experience in data preparation (ETL),modeling, and analysis using tools like Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL. Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar. Interest or experience in AI, Machine Learning, mathematical modeling, or operations research is a plus. A solid understanding of supply chain processes. Experience in working on large scale projects with multi-disciplinary teams across the globe A hands-on mentality, team spirit, and a customer-centric mindset.
