With a heritage of storytelling, innovation, and relentless focus on customer delight, arenaflex blends cutting‑edge technology with a deep understanding of human behavior to drive business outcomes that matter. As part of arenaflex Parks, Experiences & Products, the Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) organization serves as the analytical engine that powers strategic decisions across digital, travel, and on‑site operations. Today, arenaflex is expanding its remote workforce, offering talented professionals the chance to work from home while contributing to world‑class guest experiences.

Why This Role Matters

In the fast‑moving world of entertainment and hospitality, data‑driven insights are the lifeblood of operational excellence. As a Performance Data Analyst within the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team, you will be at the forefront of turning raw data into actionable stories that shape the guest journey—from the moment a traveler books a ticket to the final interaction with a contact center. Your analyses will directly influence service quality, revenue growth, and the overall magic that arenaflex delivers to its guests.

Role Overview

This remote, full‑time position is based in the United States (Florida) but offers the flexibility to work from any location with reliable internet connectivity. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners, senior leadership, and on‑site operations teams to deliver high‑impact analytics, forecasting, and performance monitoring. The role demands a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and storytelling ability, all while thriving in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analytics & Forecasting

  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including product, operations, finance, and technology—to align analytical outputs with business objectives.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions that empower non‑technical partners to interpret and act on data insights.
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring that analytical solutions meet evolving needs.
