Position Summary

arenaflex is currently seeking motivated, service-minded, and career-driven individuals to join our growing remote team as Entry-Level Customer Service & Sales Representatives. As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting union members with valuable supplemental insurance and benefits packages tailored to their unique needs. Whether you are a recent graduate, an experienced retail professional, or someone looking for a fresh start in a stable, growth-oriented industry, this position offers the training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities needed to build a successful career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound and Outbound Calling: Handle a steady volume of incoming calls from prospective and existing clients, as well as make outbound calls to union members who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefits.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule virtual or phone-based appointments with union members to discuss benefits packages in greater detail.
  • Virtual Presentations: Conduct professional, informative, and engaging presentations to clearly explain supplemental benefits, coverage options, and enrollment processes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships with clients by actively listening, asking the right questions, and recommending personalized solutions that align with their needs and budgets.
  • Documentation and Paperwork: Complete accurate and timely enrollment forms, applications, and other administrative paperwork to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of accuracy in data entry, client records, and compliance documentation while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Navigate CRM software, scheduling tools, email platforms, and presentation software with confidence and efficiency.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in ongoing training programs designed to develop leadership, sales, and communication skills for long-term career advancement.
  • Performance Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets related to client outreach, appointments set, presentations delivered, and successful enrollments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a resident of California (applicants outside of California will not be considered at this time).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email, web browsers, and standard office software.
  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is preferred but not required—comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
  • A positive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated interest in insurance, benefits, or financial services.
  • Comfort working in a performance-based compensation structure.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $40,000 – $45,000, with first-year average income potential of approximately $45,000 including weekly advances and performance bonuses.
  • Weekly advances and bonuses to reward consistent performance.
