[Remote] Regional Sales Manager HVAC - South Central
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ABB is a company that helps industries run leaner and cleaner, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for HVAC to grow their market share regionally. The successful candidate will manage tier-1 Channel Partners and Commercial OEM customers, focusing on ABB’s HVAC Drives product portfolio and market separation strategy.
Responsibilities
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value propositions to customers
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing/Sales or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience within a complex business environment selling products or solutions
- Extensive sales and VFD / HVAC application background
- Account management history of OEM, End User and Commercial Channel Partners in the HVAC industry
- Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software tool like SalesForce and PowerBI
- This role involves 30-50% travel domestically in the United States and requires a Valid US Driver's License
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
- Preference for the candidate to already be living in the territory which includes Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas and Colorado
