- Lead customer discovery to identify requirements and business challenges, mapping them to Infoblox's offerings using the Value Framework Selling Methodology
- Leverage defined pre-sales tools and processes to support Sales Engineers in field engagements
- Support and own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation requests as expertise develops
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Infoblox's DDI, DNS Security, and cloud networking solutions
- Apply AI-enabled tools and platforms — including internal Copilot-style solutions — to accelerate technical discovery, tailor demos and POCs, analyze customer environments, and articulate the value of Infoblox's AI-driven networking and security capabilities
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution diagrams, and sales collateral
- Enable partner technical sales teams on Infoblox solutions and positioning
