Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IBA Proton Therapy is a global leader in innovative equipment and software solutions for cancer treatment. They are seeking a Sales Manager for Radio Pharma Solutions to achieve sales targets, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales and margin targets within new clients in each territory
  • Negotiate best deals in accordance with the pricing strategy and business ethics
  • Influence, convince and/or negotiate with client representatives at high levels including C's levels markets) Reach and interact easily with high level makers (C's level, CFO, CEO, COO)
  • Track activities and customer information in CRM database (Sales Force/ Business Express); accurate and timely reporting
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders: customers, prospects, B2B contacts and key opinion leaders
  • Ensure up to date clinical and/or technical knowledge and communicate to customers/prospects; contribute to market intelligence (very good knowledge of the competition and market evolution); report any adverse event regarding products to regulatory bodies in due date (pharmacovigilance, etc.)
  • Work closely with operations, marketing and internal departments to ensure product/service availability, delivery on time. Federate and form selling team to get a sale. Set up a network of agents
  • Maintain current knowledge of clinical, regulatory, and technical developments to effectively communicate with customers and prospects. Provide market insights by staying informed about competitors and monitoring market trends and developments. Work closely with product management, product innovation, marketing and other relevant departments to ensure alignment between business problems in the market and the company’s solutions portfolio
  • Participate to conferences and trade shows, as well as marketing campaigns

Skills

  • 10-15 relevant successful sales experience in complex high-tech products, ideally within cyclotron business/radiopharmacy and/or Nuclear Medicine sectors
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Fluency in French is an asset, however not required
  • Able to identify high-quality prospects, conduct discovery, understand customer needs, and qualify leads into viable opportunities
  • Skilled at working with a variety of people, building relationships, and networking/developing new professional contacts
  • Client-oriented, ensuring voice-of-customer first for an effective sales journey
  • Stress-resistant and solution-oriented, with an executive ability to drive urgency, as you will be between the requirements of the customer and the internal constraints
  • Possess excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask and complete work while traveling
  • Natural ability to discuss and negotiate with key accounts at the executive level
  • Excellent at problem-solving
  • Thoroughly knowledgeable of territory, market, and clients
  • Proactive and eager to learn, to improve and gain responsibility
  • Able to take the lead on relevant initiatives
