[Remote] Sales Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Origin is building an AI observability platform for organizations adopting AI technology. They are seeking a Sales Operations professional to establish the operational foundation for the revenue organization, focusing on sales architecture, forecasting processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own sales architecture, workflows, reporting, and CRM hygiene
- Build dashboards and KPI reporting for pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and revenue visibility
- Run forecasting and deal review cadences with sales leadership
- Support territory planning, quota management, and operational planning
- Administer and optimize the broader GTM technology stack
- Improve lead routing, pipeline workflows, and handoff processes across teams
- Support onboarding, enablement, and documentation for sales processes
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to maintain operational alignment
Skills
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep familiarity with sales reporting, workflows, and CRM architecture
- Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets, BI tools, and SQL
- Ability to turn operational data into clear business insights
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
- Process-oriented thinker who enjoys building scalable systems
- Familiarity with modern RevOps tooling and GTM infrastructure
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Cybersecurity or infrastructure industry experience
- Familiarity with AI-enabled RevOps tooling
- Experience as an early or founding RevOps hire
- Experience supporting PLG motions and product-led sales signals
