[Remote] Program Manager (contract)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Microsoft is seeking a Program Manager (Contract) to support the execution of investment programs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role involves coordinating approvals, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of investment-related work while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Ensure each new program, renewal, and change adheres to program governance and approval requirements
- Add deals, frameworks, performance escalations, exception requests, and opened tasks to ADO and obtain necessary approvals from operations, CELA, and finance teams
- Draft business letters, update Term Sheets, Device Lists, and program amendments, confirm documentation with CELA, and route finalized documents to partners through CART and CAT
- Manage and execute investment programs including contract reviews, approvals, amendments, and partner communications
- Coordinate intake, approvals, documentation, and stakeholder communications across multiple teams and workstreams
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling partner-specific information and program documentation
Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in program management
- 1 to 2 years of end-to-end program execution experience, including intake, approvals, documentation, and partner communications
- 1 to 2 years of proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint, as well as PDF tools
- Prior Microsoft experience required, including familiarity with Microsoft internal systems and governance tools such as CAR
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workstreams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with minimal errors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for partner and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners while working independently
