[Remote] Manager of Operations

They are seeking a Manager of Operations to lead operational excellence, manage high-performing teams, and drive impactful initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive Operational Excellence — Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless delivery, strong performance metrics, and consistent execution across multiple workflows
- Deliver Results at Scale — Manage competing priorities and resources to ensure teams are aligned and outcomes are delivered efficiently
- Lead and Develop Talent — Inspire, coach, and grow a team of operations professionals through transparent leadership and meaningful development
- Enhance Processes — Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and implement scalable solutions
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and beyond to deliver aligned, impactful initiatives
- Enable Data-Driven Decisions — Monitor performance, provide insights, and ensure accountability across operational metrics
- Maintain Compliance Excellence — Ensure processes meet internal standards and external requirements while staying audit-ready
Skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and support professional growth
- Strong background in operational delivery, process improvement, and performance management
- Demonstrated success working across multiple teams and aligning stakeholders to shared goals
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions
- Experience using operational and reporting tools to drive insights and efficiency
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or similar approaches
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
