Responsibilities

Skills

  • 3+ years in Customer Success / TAM / technical enablement
  • SaaS experience + strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, or security
  • Cisco ecosystem experience (CX Cloud, TAC) or AIOps platform
