[Remote] Content Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is a creative agency seeking a Content Coordinator to support day-to-day content operations for client accounts. The role involves managing content updates, optimizing social media channels, and coordinating community engagement while ensuring quality and consistency in content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage content updates, maintenance, and publishing across client websites
• Ensure all content is properly tagged, accessible, and optimized for SEO
• Maintain organized file and asset management systems
• Support day-to-day management and optimization of client social media channels across platforms
• Conduct social media and platform research to inform channel strategy
• Manage video and content metadata, thumbnails, scheduling, and QA across platforms
• Support outreach, moderation, and engagement within client communities
• Coordinate community meetups and manage related logistics and files
• Serve as a reliable, responsive presence across community touchpoints
• Own end-to-end publishing workflows across platforms, including preparation, QA, tagging, and scheduling
• Track content status and proactively flag issues to keep projects on schedule
• Anticipate challenges and provide solutions that support creative quality and consistency

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in content operations, web publishing, digital production, or a similar role
• Experience with CMS platforms and a solid understanding of accessibility and SEO fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms
• Experience with online community engagement and moderation
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong file and image management capabilities
• Ability to work remotely, manage priorities independently, and collaborate across time zones
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Background or interest in photography
• Copywriting and proofreading experience
• Basic spreadsheet knowledge
