[Remote] Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Lead for a remote contract opportunity. The role involves leading the implementation of ORC, driving functional design and configuration, and ensuring integration with PeopleSoft HRMS while optimizing recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized ORC solutions (minimize customization)
• Facilitate workshops with HR, recruiting, and business stakeholders
• Provide 1-2 months of Warranty support
• Stabilize recruiting operations and optimize user adoption
• Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration of:
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Career Sites and Branding
• Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) lifecycle
• Hiring Manager and Recruiter experiences
• Assess Current Taleo Processes And Identify Opportunities To
• Simplify workflows
• Align to Oracle best practices
• Improve visibility into candidate pipelines and recruiter collaboration
• Support multi-phase data migration strategy (2-3 years historical data)
• Participate in mock conversions and validation cycles
• Partner With Technical Lead To
• Define data requirements between ORC and PeopleSoft HRMS
• Align with existing integration patterns where it makes sense
• Validate functional data flow (requisitions, candidates, hires)
• Testing & Deployment Lead:
• Functional testing (SIT/UAT)
• Defect triage and resolution
• Support production readiness and go-live activities

Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations
• Proven ability to deliver standardized (low customization) solutions
• Experience leading functional workstreams in Waterfall or hybrid environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong Experience Configuring Recruiting workflows
• Strong Experience Configuring Career sites
• Strong Experience Configuring Candidate lifecycle management
• Experience replacing Taleo with ORC
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS integrations
• Familiarity with job board integrations (LinkedIn, Handshake)
• Experience advising on data/reporting strategy (e.g., downstream analytics platforms)
