[Remote] Regional Sales Manager- NE Territory
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZF Group is a leading company in the automotive sector, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the NE Territory. The role involves working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, managing sales forecasts and budgets, and providing market intelligence to maintain competitive positioning.
Responsibilities
- Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction
- Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers
- Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting
- Responsible to create and execute sales forecast and budget
- Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position and communicate pricing to customers
- Responsible for prospecting and new account set up and customer order processing utilizing ERP system
- Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed
- 50-75% travel required
- Represent the needs of the customer in accordance with ZF company policies
- Provide back-up within department and perform related tasks as needed
- Assist in competitor product changeovers as needed
Skills
- BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience
- 3+ years customer service or sales experience required, automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise helpful
- Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
- This position is fully remote but we are seeking candidates who live in the NE region of the US
