[Remote] Senior Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accion Labs is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong SQL experience for a fully remote 12-month contract. The role involves business analysis, building reports, and utilizing data contracts, while also requiring excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Have knowledge of querying and analyzing data with SQL
- Some knowledge/experience with data warehousing
- Are willing and interested to experiment with using AI in their role (Copilot, Claude, Rovo)
- Are critical thinkers, curious, and interested in learning
- Are not afraid to ask questions and raise knowledge gaps

Skills
- Business analysis
- Extensive SQL experience
- Building reports as a BA
- Key concepts such as data contracts experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
