[Remote] Customer Service Representative I (I/O)

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative I to handle calls and provide excellent customer service in a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Call center experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
  • Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle
  • Candidates can be selected to work any 8hr shifts that can start as early as 12:30pm EST or ending as late as 2:00am EST
  • They must be available to work on the 2nd and 3rd shift and at least one day of the weekend
