[Remote] Senior Technical Project Manager

They are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to collaborate with the COO and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, AI implementation, and project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives Across the Business
  • Partner directly with the COO and senior leadership team on high-priority operational initiatives
  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs across Customer Success, Implementations, Operations, Analytics, and other key business functions
  • Own project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and outcomes are achieved
  • Help Shape the Company's AI Strategy
  • Evaluate, implement, and operationalize AI-powered solutions across the organization
  • Partner with technical and business teams to identify automation opportunities and workflow improvements
  • Play a key role in helping scale AI agents and intelligent automation across customer-facing and operational teams
  • Create Operational Excellence
  • Identify process inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks
  • Design scalable workflows and repeatable operating processes
  • Build accountability frameworks that help teams execute more effectively
  • Drive Alignment and Accountability
  • Establish clear project ownership, milestones, and success metrics
  • Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks before they impact delivery
  • Influence teams and leaders without relying on direct authority
  • Leverage Data to Drive Better Decisions
  • Partner closely with Data & Analytics teams
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for strategic initiatives
  • Use data to prioritize work, measure impact, and support business decisions

Skills

  • 5+ years of Technical Project Management, Program Management, or related experience
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong ability to drive projects from concept through execution with minimal oversight
  • Experience partnering with technical, business, and data teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience creating scalable workflows, operational processes, and documentation
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting Operations, Customer Success, Support, or Implementation organizations
  • Exposure to AI initiatives, AI agents, workflow automation, or intelligent process improvement
  • Healthcare technology experience
