Allyship Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Marketing Director, known as Directeur Marketing Principal, to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This role focuses on brand management, market intelligence, customer engagement, and product marketing to enhance market positioning and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals and market opportunities
  • Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to support strategic decision-making
  • Establish annual marketing plans, priorities, budgets, and performance objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction for marketing initiatives across products, services, and business units
  • Deliver regular business insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead brand development efforts to strengthen market recognition and differentiation
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all channels
  • Define value propositions and positioning strategies for key offerings
  • Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback and business objectives
  • Support reputation-building initiatives that reinforce organizational credibility and market presence
  • Oversee market research programs to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Analyze customer behavior and market data to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Translate research findings into actionable business and marketing recommendations
  • Support strategic planning through data-driven insights
  • Partner with product, commercial, and operational teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
  • Guide product positioning, messaging, launch planning, and market adoption initiatives
  • Ensure marketing materials accurately communicate product value and business benefits
  • Support lifecycle marketing activities that maximize market impact and customer engagement
  • Monitor product performance and market response
  • Oversee development of marketing communications across digital, print, events, and corporate channels

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic marketing initiatives within complex organizations
  • Experience overseeing brand strategy, market analysis, communications, and customer engagement programs
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and organizational priorities
  • MBA or advanced business degree
  • Experience operating in regional, national, or international markets
