[Remote] NetSuite - Sales Development Manager - People leader role

Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves coaching and mentoring the team, developing sales skills, and managing the sales process to engage potential customers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region
  • Provides daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions
  • Creates product, sales, and business function training programs
  • Coordinates marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organizations
  • Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff
  • Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management
  • Manages budget
  • Provides support to marketing and sales programs

Skills

  • Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role selling software
  • 2-3 years of SaaS/Technology business development sales experience
  • Experience mentoring or leading other SDRs
  • Outstanding writing skills and a friendly, thoughtful, and effective communication style
  • Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication
  • Ability to learn technology and translate that into value for prospects
  • Curiosity, insightfulness, and perceptiveness

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
