[Remote] Client Marketing Manager

Overdryve is seeking a highly motivated Client Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing strategies for multiple automotive repair businesses across North America. The role involves managing client relationships, developing tailored marketing strategies, and analyzing performance to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of a minimum of 12 client locations simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service and communication standards
- Develop and execute customized marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique goals, market conditions, and business objectives
- Monitor and coordinate multiple marketing channels, including:
- Website performance
- SEO
- Google Business Profiles
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Email and SMS marketing
- Direct mail campaigns
- CRM performance and customer engagement
- Reputation and review management
- Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve leads, appointments, revenue, and customer retention
- Review key performance indicators and provide strategic recommendations based on results
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule
- Lead regular client meetings and serve as a trusted marketing advisor
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, account management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, CRM platforms, email marketing, direct mail, and marketing analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a minimum of 12 client locations
- A self-starter with exceptional work ethic, determination, and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day marketing activities
- Comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations based on performance
- Ability to manage multiple accounts without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Automotive industry experience
- Agency or multi-location marketing experience
- Experience presenting marketing results and strategic recommendations directly to clients
