[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst

They are seeking a versatile Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, managing the application portfolio and supporting vendor processes.

Responsibilities

• You will help manage and rationalize our company application portfolio, ensuring IT has a better understanding of the portfolio at large
• You'll have visibility into the technical vetting process for all incoming applications, helping us ensure that every addition to the Iterable portfolio is both purposeful and strategically sound
• You will work with business unit technology leaders to develop capability mapping that helps us understand how our technology portfolio can better support business operations
• You will support Iterable’s vendor renewal and new vendor processes by representing IT from initial vendor selection to contract approval

Skills

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in enterprise application portfolio management in a SaaS-heavy environment
• Expertise in vendor lifecycle governance, ensuring seamless onboarding and secure, decommissioning of applications
• Proven ability to drive software rationalization and capability mapping efforts
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, growing environment
