[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Access Data Consulting Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Digital Product team, which plays a critical role in advancing their kidney care platform. The role involves defining and executing product vision, strategy, and objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with business partners, end users, designers, and engineers to ensure solutions achieve desired business outcomes
  • Facilitate story mapping and backlog refinement activities to break down work into actionable development tasks
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies that impact product delivery
  • Participate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to ensure products meet all regulatory and organizational requirements
  • Guide the development of user-facing communications, training materials, and feature adoption strategies
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous optimization based on user feedback and business metrics
  • Partner with Product Leadership to refine and execute product vision, strategy, and OKRs
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Research teams to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Conduct product discovery activities, including user interviews, shadowing sessions, and stakeholder workshops
  • Work closely with UX teams to create intuitive experiences validated through rapid feedback cycles and usability testing
  • Engage with clinical, operational, provider, and business stakeholders to understand workflows and identify high-value problems to solve
  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and translate them into product strategies that deliver measurable impact
  • Prioritize opportunities based on customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and organizational goals

Skills

  • 4+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment focused on digital products
  • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to lead through influence
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to inspire teams by communicating the purpose and value behind product decisions
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to thrive in organizations undergoing rapid growth and change
  • Demonstrated success building expertise in unfamiliar domains and navigating complex problem spaces
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience partnering across technical, clinical, operational, and executive stakeholder groups
  • Experience writing product requirements, user stories, feature specifications, and business cases
  • Experience supporting the development and delivery of web and/or mobile applications
  • Experience building healthcare technology products
  • Experience leading 0-to-1 product development initiatives from concept through launch
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, clinical operations, or patient-facing products
  • Knowledge of nephrology workflows, kidney care practices, or renal patient populations
  • Experience using or integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Advanced proficiency with data analysis, spreadsheets, presentations, and product management tools
  • Industry expertise can be a valuable substitute for direct product management experience. Candidates with deep knowledge of nephrology, kidney care, EHR systems, or renal patient care will be strongly considered
