[Remote] MarTech Product Manager – Content Supply Chain
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NLB Services is seeking a MarTech Product Manager for a leading international sports league. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing content supply chain workflows to enable efficient content creation, review, approval, and distribution at an enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
- Executing and optimizing the content supply chain workflows that enable content creation, review, approval, and distribution at an enterprise scale
- Partnering closely with the AEM Platform Product Manager, MarTech Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Creative, Technology, Operations, and external vendors
- Translating approved platform strategies and capabilities into effective, end-to-end workflow execution across platforms including Workfront, App Builder, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and adjacent content and digital asset capabilities
- Ensuring platforms are used together effectively to support consistent, well-orchestrated content workflows
- Balancing strong product judgment with deep platform expertise to ensure workflows are efficient, well-governed, and aligned to business outcomes
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager supporting content or marketing platforms, with the demonstrated ability to lead workstreams autonomously
- Experience working with MarTech Solutions such as Workfront, App Builder, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Brand Portal, or similar products with adjacent capabilities
- Proven experience owning and delivering content supply chain capabilities, including intake, prioritization, workflow design, and end-to-end execution across content creation, review, approval, and release
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflow design, automation, and best-practice operational models
- Ability to prioritize requests based on business impact, urgency, and SLAs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong product management, documentation, and organizational skills with an ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Workfront)
