Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help build and scale the next generation of AI-powered products and intelligent workflow automation solutions. This role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning systems and AI workflows that impact customer-facing products and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize AI agent workflows and machine learning systems used in production environments
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop and launch AI-powered features and applications
  • Build scalable solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), agent orchestration frameworks, and modern machine learning technologies
  • Evaluate, monitor, and improve model performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to automate and enhance business processes through AI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions
  • Support the development of AI governance, monitoring, and best practices across the organization
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, product-driven environment where AI is becoming a core component of the technology strategy

Skills

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline
  • 3+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments
  • Proven experience building and shipping AI or machine learning-powered products
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience working with modern machine learning frameworks
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agent orchestration technologies
  • Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle management, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment
  • Experience working within medium-to-large software, SaaS, or technology-focused organizations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and deliver business value through AI-driven solutions
  • Advanced degree from a highly ranked university or recognized technical program
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents, or similar technologies
  • Experience building AI-powered workflow automation systems
  • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or product-focused technology companies
  • Experience supporting customer-facing AI applications at scale
