[Remote] Senior Search Marketing Manager

El Toro Interactive is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in fashion and beauty, and they are seeking a Senior Search Marketing Manager to lead and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across various platforms. The role involves developing strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing performance data, and staying updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Strategize & Execute: Develop, launch, and manage comprehensive paid search, display, shopping, pmax, demand gen, youtube and ctv campaigns from conception to optimization, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
- Performance Optimization: Proactively manage bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Revenue and ROAS
- Data Analysis & Insights : Dive deep into data to uncover actionable insights leveraging Google Analytics and or third-party attribution partners (like TripleWhale) for in-depth analysis, identify performance trends, and proactively address challenges. Proficient in creating detailed reports using Excel
- Client & Vendor Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives and fostering strong relationships. Act as a liaison with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration and effective collaboration
- Innovation & Growth: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media. Proactively identify opportunities for A/B testing, conversion optimization, and new channel exploration to enhance campaign performance
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Potentially mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate) to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions
Skills
- 4+ years' experience as a PPC Account Manager (agency experience preferred)
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, MNTN CTV)
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, TripleWhale)
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel i.e. Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking with strong math skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
